Harry's bar in Venice  

Harry's Bar
Many celebrities have enjoyed the old-fashioned atmosphere of this bar. The Bellini (a mixture of white peach juice and sparkling prosecco) was invented here. Also the carpaccio of beef was invented here for an Italian contessa who was on a diet.

The interiour of the restaurant is magnificent; two neo-classical salons with huge mirrors and chandeliers. Try to make reservations for a table at the window, overlooking the Piazza San Marco.
