You must try a Panini for lunch. These sandwiches come with all kinds of filling. They are delicious!

Restaurant Brellin in Milan

Brellin
This restaurant in the Navigli area serves typical Lombardian food (such as Risotto Milanese). In bygone days washerwomen came here to do the laundry kneeling down on the wooden ‘brellin’. I ate the restaurant (there are several dining rooms) that's painted in a warm yellow color and has a wooden ceiling. They offer a 4-course-dinner (43 Euro per dinner). There's also a nice bar at the ground floor.

Corso Como in Milan

Corso Como 10
At the moment this place is hot. It is decorated by a designer I don’t know but I think she did a good job...look for yourself! In the same complex there are also several boutiques where they sell cloths and luxury goods, there's a bookstore, etc. It certainly isn’t cheap but pay visit if only for an aperitif.
