Passeig de Gracia
Smarter, more expensive outlets are in the Eixample, along
Rambla de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and the central
part of Diagonal. This is where to go if you want big-name
glitz from names like Chanel, Antonio Miró or Adolfo
Domuez.

Mercat de la Bouqueria
Various meats, seafood, cheese, and produce at extremely low
prices. And it's so colourful. A great place to buy some cheese,
baguettes and fruits on your way to the beach. In the middle
of the market is a great tapas bar.
Address: On the Rambla

General
Shops are concentrated in the Eixample and the Old City, and
while Barcelona is no match for London or New York, there are
several shopping areas that have their own distinct character.
