Prague Castle
A huge hilltop complex known collectively as 'Prague Castle'.
It encompasses dozens of houses, towers, churches, courtyards,
and monuments. A visit to the castle could easily take an
entire day or more, depending on how thoroughly you explore
it.
Charles bridge
One of the best known and most beautiful bridges in the world!
It also gives you a great view of the city and the Prague
Castle.
Mobs of tourists cross the Charles Bridge. Except early in
the morning or late in the evening.
The old city square
Always full of people and not without a good cause! Staromestske
namesti is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. On the square
you will find musicians and many visitors, but most of all
the impressive buildings around it attract visitors.
Astronomical clock
You will find it on the city hall at the old city square.
Every hour a few figures, including Jesus Christ and his apostles
appear, while the dead's skeleton (holding an hourglass) rings
the bells of the clock.
The old Jewish quarter
This quarter is a small area known as Josefov between the
Old Town Square and the Vltava River. You'll find several
synagogues, the old Jewish cemetery and a museum all at the
same block.
